Chinese Chicken Salad

Katie, this one's for you!


Salad:
½ head purple cabbage
4 green onions, sliced
½ Cup sliced almonds
2 pkgs ramen noodles (uncooked)
3 chicken breasts, chopped and cooked
 
 
Dressing:
½ Cup oil
2 tsp sugar
1 ½ TB soy sauce
1 ½ TB vinegar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 Ramen seasoning packets
 
Combine salad and dressing ingredients separately.  Pour dressing over salad.  Chill for 6-8 hours.

  1. I stopped putting the salt in since the soy sauce has so much sodium, and I've never noticed a difference.
